Justification’s Formal Cause


Okay theologian friends, why is this a fascinating statement by Tweety Bird? You’ll remember (as a clue) that the subject of my research is the ground (or formal cause) of justification in the writing of Peter Martyr Vermigli (a Reformed Protestant) and John Henry Newman (a Roman Catholic).
